Mr. Godwin Agyare-Abisah holds a Masters’ Degree in Financial Management from the St Clement’s University (UK). He is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana with over ten (10) years post qualification experience. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Petroleum Accounting and Finance from the University of Professional Studies, Accra. Other professional qualifications Godwin has to his credit include Certified Chartered Energy Economist (Ch. EE) awarded by ACCE Global. He is a fellow of the Institute of Professional Financial Managers, UK. He is one of the pioneering graduates of the Ghana Accounting Technicians Program, now ATSWA, also run by the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana.

Godwin Agyare-Abisah is a Consultant in Treasury Management, Business Advisory, Corporate Training and Labour Welfare advocacy. He has worked with reputable firms in Trade Unions, Timber Processing, Frozen Foods, Construction, Educational Institutions and Civil Society Organizations dotted across the country. He has also consulted for Small and Medium-size Enterprises in the Commercial and Manufacturing Sectors and has served on corporate boards and working groups.

He has taught at the University of Professional Studies, Accra at the Graduate School as an Adjunct Lecturer in Management Accounting in Oil and Gas Industry, Advanced Financial Management at the Ultimate Academy, Strategic Case Study at the Alpha Beta Tuition Centre and the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana weekend school.

Mr. Godwin Agyare-Abisah is a Member of the Endtime Revival Centre Assembly of God Church and functions as a Sunday School Teacher. He is married with three (3) Children. He is a fun of wrestling entertainment sport (WWE) and delights in knowledge sharing and transfer to impact others through teaching.
