A1: The Frimpong-Manso Institute is an apolitical, faith-based Christian Think-Tank Organization in Ghana. It was established to provide truth, faith-based and apolitical versions of issues that confront Ghanaians, shaping mindsets among Christians at all levels of society including Clergy, Policy Makers, Politicians, Corporate Leaders, Community Members, Youth, Individuals, and the world at large to bring about transformation.
A2: Our mission is to re-shape mindsets, policies and values at all levels of human endeavours with proven faith-based professionals of expertise and experience.
A3: FMI operates through the following thematic areas:
● Ministry and Theology: Provides biblical truths, relevant skills, addresses contemporary theological issues, and trains transformative ministry leaders.
● Governance, Leadership, Integrity and Management: Uses applied socio-economic research, advocacy, training, and publications to transform individuals, institutions, and nations with integrity, transparency, and ethical leadership.
● Environment and Sustainability: Focuses on responsible environmental interaction, conservation, climate change, food security, and innovative sustainability approaches through research, advocacy, training, and publications.
● Women, Youth Empowerment and Gender: Addresses women, youth, and gender issues via capacity-building programs, workshops, mentorship, and public discussions.
● ICT and Cyber Security: Equips stakeholders to adopt and effectively utilize ICT and cyber security in education, commerce, agriculture, and daily operations, transforming Ghana into a knowledge-based economy.
● Science, Technology and Health: Promotes research-driven approaches to economic transformation through biotechnology, AI, STEM, and technology initiatives.
● Media, Security and Cyber Security: Conducts research, promotes transparency and media literacy, and engages with government, civil society, media, youth, and organizations to influence society.
A4: FMI engages Christians at all levels of society, including Clergy, Policy Makers, Politicians, Corporate Leaders, Community Members, Youth, Individuals, and institutions globally to bring about transformation.
A5: FMI brings about transformation by shaping mindsets, policies, and values, conducting research and advocacy, running capacity-building programs, trainings, workshops, roundtables, and publications, and equipping leaders with faith-based knowledge, skills, and ethical practices to positively influence society.
