Regarding his formal education, Paa-Kumi is an alumnus of Ghana Secondary School, Koforidua; the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA); Central University, Accra; and Ghana’s premier university, the University of Ghana, Legon. His field of specialty includes public affairs, public policy analysis, organizational development, and human resource management.
Paa-Kumi is also a fellow of the prestigious British Council Interaction Leadership Program for Emerging African Leaders. He firmly believes in the importance of harmonizing self-education with formal education to achieve optimal and holistic human capital development.
He is an inspirational Ghanaian author who has published notable works including The Rudiments to Authentic Leadership (2024), The Strong City Effect (2021), an acclaimed inspirational book endorsed by the Ghana Library Authority for inclusion in public libraries, and A Handout on the 32 Rudiments for Personal Advancement (2024).
