Dr. Kwame Acquaah is a dynamic leader, Entrepreneur, and Community Advocate focused on Youth Empowerment and Sustainable Development.
He serves as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of DIDIA Farms (Ghana) Ltd and President & Founder of Trans-Atlantic Environmental – Light the World Missions, driving initiatives in Ghana and the U.S. Additionally, he founded MONGA-Ghana, a mentorship program for young leaders. Kwame is also an Associate Pastor at Harvest Missions Chapel Assemblies of God, providing spiritual leadership.
His leadership spans various organizations, including former roles as President of the African Leadership Council in California, the Ghanaian Association of Sacramento, California, and key positions in Rotary International D5180 and D9104. Kwame’s distinguished career includes roles in California State government, such as Auditor-In-Charge, Project Oversight Manager, and Chief Information Security Officer.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Master’s degree in Management Information Systems, and a Doctor of Management with a specialization in Organizational Leadership and Information Systems.
Kwame is also a former professor at Southern New Hampshire University, Massachusetts and Ashesi University, Ghana, a passionate farmer, and an advocate for youth empowerment. He values family deeply, having shared nearly forty (40) years of his life with his wife, Ivy, with whom he has three (3) Children and three grandchildren.
