His work in leadership strategy focuses on the future of Work and improving Corporate Teams and culture.

He is a Certified Coach who specializes in Grooming emerging young African Entrepreneurial and Corporate Leaders. He is a Strategist, Futurist, Passionate Communicator and an Astute African-focused leadership summits Organizer. He has hosted and spoken alongside World Class Speakers and Leaders and Shared Platforms with Heads of States, Chief Justices, and Senior International Public Servants and United Nations Officials.

Born in Ghana, Dr. Dei-Tumi has acquired very rich International Experience and Exposure, having presented keynote Addresses and facilitated several Corporate sessions in Nigeria, Uganda, Senegal, Liberia, Kenya, Tanzania, South Africa, Ivory Coast, Sierra Leone, Malawi, Ethiopia, Canada, United Kingdom, United States of America, Germany, and Italy.

He is the Author of fourteen (14) bestselling entrepreneurship related and Personal leadership development books among which includes “In pursuit of Purpose, Strategic Positioning, Tales of Great Achievers, The Miracle of the Mind and How to Increase your income as an employee”.

Emmanuel has received Several Awards including the Millennium Excellence Award (Inspirational Category), Ghana, Goodwill Ambassador for Prosperity for Africa by the African Heritage Society in South Africa. He is also the proud winner of the 2014 Roger Nzaba Foundation Award based in South Africa for selflessness and Integrity.

In 2014, he was appointed Fellow of the Board Room Institute of the School of Governance and Leadership in Ghana. He has also been endorsed as Young Professionals Role Model in Youth Empowerment and Development by The Young Professionals Youth Coalition Initiative.

In 2017 he was inducted by the West African Nobles Forum as a Noble for being an Eminent West African who upholds the Virtues of Integrity, Honesty, and Accountability.

Emmanuel in 2018, was also appointed as a global Ambassador for the promotion of human dignity and sustainable livelihood by the African Rights Initiative International.

Emmanuel has two (2) Master’s Degrees in Applied Business Research, and Governance and Leadership from Swiss Business School, Switzerland and Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration, (GIMPA) respectively.

He also holds a Doctorate Degree in Business Administration from Swiss Business School, Switzerland and a Certificate in Contemporary Management from Noble International Business School, Ghana.

He is married and is blessed with three (3) hardworking Professionals; Sharon, Kelvina-Dorcas and Emmanuel Jnr.
